Cidermaking Notes
Similar in production style to our Inaugural Apple Cider, The Rosé Cider consists of apples sourced in Niagara, pressed while fresh. Well-settled juice was fermented in a combination of stainless steel at cool temperatures and in neutral oak barrels. The juice did not go through malolactic fermentation to ensure a crisp finish. The Cherries are locally sourced from Cherry Lane Farms, a 10th generation tender fruit farm located in Vineland, ON. The cider was canned in 473mL cans for your enjoyment!
